What are concurrent users?

Concurrent users are users having at least an open chat window.

For instance, the same user on two chat rooms and two private chats will still count as one concurrent user.

How do I buy a subscription?

After you sign up for the free trial, you can manage your subscription from the Dashboard.

Can I change my subscription?

Sure, you can do it from the Dashboard.

If you upgrade to a yearly or six-month subscription, the system will create a new subscription and issue a refund for the old subscription's unused time.

What happens when the trial period or subscription expires?

When a subscription expires, the widget does not show up on your site. We'll send you a notification three days before every expiration date. You can renew your subscription anytime from the dashboard.

What if need to handle more traffic or concurrent users?
